How long is production time?

Production time is 7-10 days from art approval for embroidery and 10-14 days from art approval for silk screening. Promotional items can take between three and four weeks, depending on the product. Please consult with your Stitches and Screens customer service representative for the production time on your order.

Are you open on weekends?

We are available on weekends by appointment only. Please contact your Stitches and Screens customer service representative to schedule an appointment.

Can Stitches & Screens meet at our business location?

Sure! We can have a customer service representative available to come to you to work out just what you need from us.

Do you offer special rates for nonprofits?

Yes, Stitches and Screens supports our community and provides special rates for all nonprofit organizations. We currently work with several different nonprofit organizations to provide them screen printing, embroidery and promotional services that help them reach out to the public. Just let us know that you are nonprofit and we will provide you with a special rate

How much does embroidery cost?

The cost of embroidery depends on several different factors. When requesting a quote for embroidery, please provide the following information:

  • Total number of pieces
  • Total number of stitches in design (we will estimate)
  • Total number of locations to be embroidered
  • Color and style of the garment or item that will be embroidered
  • Digital art of embroidered piece

How many stitches does my logo have?

Stitches and Screens processes each logo digitally to determine how many stitches are needed to embroider the logo. Send us a digital copy of your logo and we will produce a number for you. We can usually give you that number the same day that we receive the logo.

How much is silk screening?

Our rate is $20 per screen, per color. We also charge a $50 setup fee for artwork if camera-ready art is not supplied.

How is art accepted?

We accept your digital art via email. Please send your art to the email that your customer service representative provides you. We accept EPS (Adobe Photoshop), AI (Adobe Illustrator) or CDR (Corel Draw) files. All other file formats (jpegs, tiffs, hand drawings, etc.) can be used, but will need to be recreated by our graphic artist. Do you have an in-house art department?

Yes, we have in-house graphic artists that can design whatever you need. This includes logos and other original art.

Can Stitches & Screens work with out of state customers?

Yes. Thanks to technology, we can work with anyone in any part of the country. We currently have a large number of out of state customers that we perform services for and ship their products to them.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit before we can begin processing your order. The final 50% will be due at time of pick up or delivery.
