FAQ’s
- How long is production time?
7-10 days from art approval for embroidery and 10-14 days from art approval for silk screening. Promotional items take 3-4 weeks.
- Are you open on weekends?
No… only by appointment.
- Can Stitches & Screens come to our office to meet us and work on our orders?
Yes, we have sales representatives available to come to you for your ordering needs.
- Do you offer special rates for non-profit organizations?
Yes, we currently work with non-profit and charity organizations.
- How much is embroidery?
The cost of embroidery depends on the number of stitches, the size of the logo, the type of garment and the number of pieces ordered.
- How many stitches is my logo?
E-mail it to us. In most cases, we can get back to you the same day.
- How much is silk screening?
We charge $20 per screen, per color. We also charge a $50 setup fee for artwork if camera-ready art is not supplied.
- How is art accepted?
Art is accepted through e-mail. Camera-ready art is accepted as a Corel Draw 9 or Adobe Illustrator 10 file. We also accept .eps files.
- Are RUSH services available?
Yes, rush service is available at the following fee schedule: 2-day service = 50%; 4-day service = 25%. Simply give us a call or e-mail us with details of your deadline and order.
- What are the minimums?
Embroidery and silkscreening minimums are eighteen (18) pieces.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept check, cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
- Do you have an in-house art department for creating original art?
Yes, we have an in-house art department and can create anything you or your company needs.
- Can Stitches & Screens work with out of state companies?
Yes, we currently have a large number of out of state customers that we ship orders to.
